In some arenas Tina Lifford is known as a successful actress, claiming the rare distinction of being a "working actress" for the past 20 years. Tina has starred in a number of films opposite stars like Clint Eastwood, Bruce Willis, Danny Glover, Kevin Spacey, Kevin Klein, Steve Martin and Dennis Hopper to name just a few; and her television resume reads like a "best of television" listing.

However it is in the arena of personal and spiritual development that Tina experiences her greatest passion and most gratifying success.
In this arena she has a range of knowledge and understanding that she shares with others with penetrating depth and clarity. She is a certified Life Coach, as well as a licensed Spiritual Practitioner for the past 12 years, trained to assist clients in developing their spiritual perspective or SQ (Spiritual Quotient). She is a graduate of a Master's Degree Program in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. There she developed a 5-step process she refers to as Pattern Interruption. Tina has gone on to work with 1000s of women and men providing them with tools and a life perspective that transforms reactive behavior into centered and empowered response. She is the founder and visionary of Totally Fabulous Woman™ -- an organization that helps propel women into creative, authentic and reclaimed relationship with themselves -- and conducts weekly tele-gatherings and monthly live Gatherings fostering the TFW motto: The YOU inside your life matters! Tina has taken all that she's learned in her life through study and vigilant personal application of spiritual principles, added it to an in-depth personal empowerment course of study and practices and surveyed 100s of women, in her effort to create an environment and programs where women can get to know themselves, reclaim themselves and expand in exciting and empowered ways.
